Mission

As a domain lead you are responsible for all the delivery activities within the SAP Finance domain scope, including service levels and commitments compliancy.

You will be leading the Application Management Service delivery in a distributed delivery model (incl. offshore) for your domain. You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality and planning of service-related deliverables and you’re your team.

You ensure the development of the knowledge & Expertise in the team by leading as an example.

As a subject matter expert, you maintain the relationships with the client and report to the Service Delivery Manager.

Key Tasks & activities ** **

• Ensure engagement quality, compliance, and timely delivery of estimates, planning, and deliverables.
• Oversee service operations, acting as a Domain Subject Matter Expert, and drive innovation in service ops processes.
• Implement preventive/corrective actions for service excellence, validate key deliverables, and actively contribute to service management reporting.
• Establish and drive progress through action plans, evaluating team performance based on agreed mission orders.

Product expertise

• Demonstrate strong SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) and SAP Public Sector – Collections and Disbursements (PSCD) expertise.
• Showcase debugging skills in ABAP, analyze system interface requirements, and develop solution blueprints.
• Exposure to modules like PS, PM, FM, VIM, CATS, RAR, BRIM is advantageous; experienced in LSMW.
• Understand client expectations, proactively propose innovative solutions; SAP certification in relevant domains is a big plus.

Team Lead expertise

• Utilize management and project management skills, demonstrating people management capabilities.
• Possess good knowledge of ITIL processes and a solid understanding of business processes and cross-integration areas.

Soft skills

• Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, showcasing stress resistance, team orientation, flexibility, and effective communication.
• Thrive on complex problems, applying a strong analytical and conceptual thinking mentality, and maintain a service-oriented attitude.
• Native speaker in Dutch or French, with professional working proficiency in English.
